Like Larry and I both told our respective children as they were growing up,
there's not much safe/good that goes on after 1 AM on the streets/highways/sidewalks.
Funny, but I told the mother of a newly driving 16 year old daughter this very thing while I was in Vegas last week.
She loved it and said she was going to tell her daughter that when she got home that night. The mother was the driver/tour guide on the bus I was on.
