Shane is my one of my ALL time favorites Duke players! (along with Johnny Dawkins). I was texting before the game, that Shane would be a NCAA National Champion 2001 to go along with his NBA Championship 2012! That is so awesome!!!!

I heard the other morning on The Fan Radio, that Duke University has more players in the NBA and abroad playing basketball than any other university.

Congrats to Shane Battier!!! And to the HEAT!!! And Micky Arison that owns the HEAT! Micky is a LEGACY member of Duke Basketball, which donates 1 million dollars, minimum. Arison is a billionaire!! And his son, Nick was a manager of Duke Basketball, during the time that Battier played! Nick is also the CEO of the HEAT!!!! Probably a major reason, that Shane is playing for the HEAT!!!!

Congrats to all the players! Shane, Lebron, D Wade, Bosh, Mike Miller, and so on and the Coach and staff!!! BUT mainly, our beloved SHANE BATTIER..... Still, OUR DADDY!!!!!

As I'm said before, Shane IS my all time favorite BB player. I am so happy for him. The Duke-Heat connection is a good thing.
