Re: Do you enjoy breakfast for dinner?
I freaking love it! I enjoy just about any breakfast food served for dinner, save the sweet stuff like waffles and pancakes. I rarely enjoy them for breakfast, so I pretty much stick to the savory stuff.
Last night we had steak and eggs: a filet on a bed of wilted spinach served with a poached egg on a jalapeño and chicken hash. If I weren't going out to dinner for a friend's going away party tonight, I would want breakfast for dinner again.

I love any meal involving bacon, at any time of the day.

I would like bacon and sausage slathered in maple syrup. NOW!

I made us steak and eggs the other nite. I would have made hashbrowns, too, but all I had were waffle fries. They were a nice substitute. I love breakfast for dinner.

We love breakfast for dinner. I usually have home made biscuits, country ham, red-eye-gravy and eggs. Yum. On occasion, I make Belgian waffles with bacon and or sausage with eggs. Yum again.

One of the cafeterias at work has started serving brunch every Friday - omelet w/ your choice of fillings, hashbrowns, fruit salad, sausage or bacon, and biscuits. It totally starts the weekend off right.
And hellz yeah, I love breakfast for dinner. I used to think it was so awesome when mom made scrambled eggs & pancakes for dinner when I was little; now I realize it for the easy/quick fix it is, but yet somehow the magic is still there....

Part of the magic is that it can be a simple and magical solution all in one.

Re: Do you enjoy breakfast for dinner?
I eat breakfast for dinner more often than I eat it for breakfast. I can't eat much until I've been up a few hours, and the get all wadded up at the office if I start frying eggs and bacon
When I was kid my mother would make waffles with ice cream for dinner when my father was out of town. Yum. I love breakfast food. Eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns...biscuits & gravy...pancakes... waffles...hell I just gained 10 lbs thinking about it.
I now have a serious craving for biscuits and gravy...no time tonight, maybe dinner tomorrow
