They may not be playing in the Final Four this weekend, but for the third year in a row, the Duke Blue Devils are America's Favorite College Basketball team.
So the majority of America agrees with us that Duke is the best basketball team to follow. Even though that same majority also hates us.

Well, where ARE all these voters at crunch time in arenas all over the country? Bless their hearts, we're still ALWAYS outnumbered in the stands!

This totally blew my mind. I expected the article to be the number one hated college basketball team.

I'd like to see some real numbers on this, because my recollection from six plus years in California is quite different. I seem to remember catching two or three games a year when I lived out there. Far too few.

Where is Sue? Maybe she can back me up on this.

I'll attest - I was able to see just about every Duke game this year, with the exception of one or two of the cupcake games. We even got the raycom games out here.

I saw at least a dozen games this year in Cincy. The reason I didn't see more is that whenever UK or OSU is on at the same time, say on CBS, we will get that game instead. I would imagine in SoCal there might be some conflict with UCLA, but the local games would start later than ours so you would stand a good chance of seeing Duke on. But there might be a timing issue also, a 1 PM weekend start = 10 AM college basketball there.
