GTHC! NcState got robbed a win today, with horrible officials. Doesnt anyone on the State bench, read the Stat sheet, and know how many fouls their players have? Seriously! CJ Leslie got 2 fouls within 30 seconds, and left the game with 8.5 minutes left. That is what Asst coaches are for or team managers............ or geeze....players should know also. Go over to the Coach, and say... hey I have 4 fouls Coach... think you might wanna take me out for a bit?

The Wolfpack played great!

This article, linked OY, dissects the officiating in the state-unc game on Saturday. If this article is correct, I think someone is going to get into a bit of hot water. It also means that State has a legitimate gripe about the officiating, IMHO.

Yikes! I didn't know about the "KH" tape on their shoes! That is total disrepect for the ACC IMO! That just set the mood for the whole game and a sure bet they had no intention of letting NCST win that game! What a crock!

The ACC Network guys almost never referred to the unc win without preceding it with the word "controversial."

I thought I posted about the KH on the Referees shoes on CTN. I may not have. I was busy busy this weekend.

And then on Saturday, during the Unc/NcState game......... ref Brian Dorsey.... in response to Coach Goffried saying "That's a Charge"...Dorsey barked back "Shut your Fucking Ass up". 2 of the media heard it and Adam Smith, with the Burlington Times News, tweeted it out.

The crew from the Thursday game with Wake Forest/MD that wore the white tape KH (Karl Hess) on their shoes, did NOT officiate the UNC/NCState game on Saturday.

I think wearing the KH on their shoes is in violation of the Officials Dress Code. Wouldnt that be like wearing a sticker with DUKE, or FSU or UNC or NCSU or GOP or Obama or anything that would be distracting from the GAME and the TEAMS playing.

The Games are about the Basketball Players and not about the Damn Officials. Some are so arrogant, that it is distracting to the game.

I hope none of them has any of the ACC teams that play! And that none of them, ends up on the Final Four crew.
