Before the State/unc game... ESPN Rece Davis comment about Roys blazer..... Ole Seat Cover for Roy! It was so funny!
Roy's clothes mainly come from Julians on Franklin Street.
I think Sylvia has worn the same clothes for years, until this year. And probably from Julians also. But she needs a total makeover, period. Hair, makeup and perhaps get her ears pinned back. So simply a new haircut to hide the ears.

Re: What splendid haberdashery!
That stunning plaid jacket is probably to blame for blinding officials during that fabulous Marshall game-winning drive to the basket. The refs lost their memory of calling a charge against a Wolfie, just moments earlier, in an exact motion down the side of the lane.
Wait! Those refs could have been bearing in mind how vintage State players may have gotten no-calls on dribble-drives many years ago. Or, shouting at officials from the stands. Oh the humanity! Damn the holes! Damn them to Hell!

Re: What splendid haberdashery!
And before I forget, I never realized that harrison barnes was so affectionate towards State's Howell. This affection was on display during the floor set-up, just before the final in-bounds pass was released. Someone should come up with the still photo of that. The view I had of it was on TV from the baseline, directly behind the players in question.
I get the impression that Howell doesn't hold the same feelings back towards the falcon.

When I saw the play, good Capt, I thought that harrison barnes should give Howell a kiss if he was so infatuated with him. I may have even said so in Section 21.captmojo wrote:And before I forget, I never realized that harrison barnes was so affectionate towards State's Howell. What I actually thought was that harrison barnes was in the wrong state if he wanted to marry Richard Howell, but I didn't want to insult anyone. Except harrison barnes.captmojo wrote:I know your type. You're one of those 'thinkers', aren't ya?lawgrad91 wrote:

It's only inappropriate if it's unwanted, and CLEARLY it was unwanted by Howell. But the refs seemed to think it was fine.captmojo wrote:

I think Roy's attempting a Dion Saunders look - plaid one day and stripes the next! Anyone going to tell him his gray hair won't cut it in that match up?

Have you found that Photo yet? NcState's Howell, had to be restrained by his fellow Wolfies, because he was about to Rip the Officials a NEW ONE, for not calling that foul!captmojo wrote:And before I forget, I never realized that harrison barnes was so affectionate towards State's Howell. That had to be the worst officiated game of the ACCT! It was horrible. And NOT acceptable in any college game, let alone a semi final of the league tournament.

Before we get too snarky, we should all remember Bill Foster, and the plaid he wore.
Not that there's anything wrong with that.

He wore it in the 70's, when everyone wore it. Roy wears it in 2012, when only Roy wears it.captmojo wrote:Before we get too snarky, we should all remember Bill Foster, and the plaid he wore.
