I hope it's a very private ceremony if you'r getting lei'd at the wedding.
We may get lei'd before the wedding ceremony.
Premarital lei-ing? I'm shocked! Shocked I tell you!
It's a Hawaiian custom that the bride and groom lei each other as part of the ceremony.

We have set a date for our wedding, November 3rd. I need some vibes that Duke football is either away that weekend or it's a bye week.
Please, crazietalkers, send some vibes to Greensboro as the ACC puts the final touches on the schedule for Duke football to be away.
Uh, oh.
Clemson will be in town on November 3.

Doesn't matter when we start to petition for a night game or day game, we won't know the start time until a week or so before the game.
The big issue is that we want to have our party (not calling it a reception) at the Hilton, which is wear the football team stays for home games. They clear out of the hotel a few hours before the start of the game, but until then use all the ballrooms.
I am checking with the church to see if we can start the service at 4 instead of 3 so that we aren't waiting for 2 hours between the end of the service and the start of the party (last start time would be 6:30 pm, depending on when the game starts).

There has never been a wedding that has been stress free for a bride. Never!

Is the date, Sat Nov 3rd etched in stone? Friday weddings are more popular now, as the rental of venues is a little cheaper than the most popular day of week, being Saturday. A Sunday wedding is great also!
Duke Football team/staff stay at the Durham Hilton, but not the Washington Duke or Millenium.
So many details go into planning a wedding.

Friday is not a bad idea for the above reasons. Then they could have their honeymoon breakfast at Devil's Alley if we have a noon game that day. Brilliant!
I'm still convinced they just wanna get lei'd.

Yes, as it works best for a VIP.
The Hilton is chapter than Wa Duke, and possibly the Millennium, though I'll have to look into the Millennium now. If we had a Friday eve wedding, we still couldn't have the Hilton.

I'm thinking a halftime wedding at the 50 yard line.....
Everyone in stadium could get lei'd
