Football ticket question
Is anyone else having problems renewing their season football tickets? Is this a function of the delay in releasing the schedule, or is someone singling me out?
The email I got from Duke Athletics disappeared. I have no idea what happened to it. When I go to GoDuke.com and click on "tickets" and "renew football tickets," it tells me I have no pending orders and no ticket history. I bought season tickets shortly after Coach Cut came to Durham and have renewed them every year.
Last week, I emailed the Iron Dukes office to ask about moving closer to midfield, and the email I got in return gives me a number that is out of service.
(BTW, my other half LIKES sitting next to the student section, in seats 2 and 4, so I suppose we will stay where we are. Assuming SOMEONE will take my $$.)

I've had problems at times with the online booking engine..... it never seems to complete the order.lawgrad91 wrote:Is anyone else having problems renewing their season football tickets? Is this a function of the delay in releasing the schedule, or is someone singling me out?

Call the ticket office and place your order.

While you're on the phone you can discuss being interested in moving. The ticket office handles seat assignment for athletic events.
You are likely to be advised to renew in your current location and check back with the ticket office after the deadline for purchasing to see what's opened up. I did just that in the past and it worked well.

Re: Football ticket question
Stupid question: when you buy season tickets do they include a parking pass? Or, is that only for Iron Dukes? The $10 a game isn't going to break me, but a penny saved is a penny earned.

An annual gift of $250 qualifies a season ticket holder (football) for a parking pass.Bob Green wrote:Thanks!Devil in the Blue Dress wrote:Parking passes go to Iron Dukes.Bob Green wrote:Stupid question: when you buy season tickets do they include a parking pass?
