Once Again, Duke Did Not Win (Dang)

As easily predicted, the folks at Inside Carolina are scientifically explaining how it was the Refs, not Duke, that is responsible for the Duke win last night. Some comments:

"It's obvious to anyone who has half a brain that dook has the refs in their pockets."

(N.C. State was) "jobbed n robbed"

"dook cheats, it's obvious. I mean, it's just blatant. That's why the Rat will never be anywhere close to being in Dean's class."

"Yet another dook free throw parade in the second half

Outcome was determined in first three minutes of second half- refs put states best three players on the bench for most of second half"

Dang it! And I was all happy, thinking Duke actually deserved to win this one. Oh well. Next play.

Would someone please measure the rim at the one end of CIS... the one that we always start at? PLEASE. We SUCK at that end in the first half, and the opponents SUCK at that end in the second half.

And by the way... was last night the reverse version of the 18 pt lead jinx that we have often complained/worried about?

It is 17 points, not 18! And no, it's not the same thing!

What OZZIE said, and BTW they were up by as many as 20.

I predicted that 5 would be last night's Powerball number! Unfortunately four of the five white balls didn't cooperate, so I only won $12.
