It's one heck of a way to lose weight.

Came home last night to an unpleasant surprise: no hot water. It could've been worse, though. The reason for the outage? A pipe burst in an upstairs neighbor's apartment. Fortunately this neighbor is not the one directly above me. My neighbor across the hall has water damage. My storage unit is below her, so I should probably go check it at some point.

Weekend fun: I was present when my 10 month old niece figured out how to crawl. The look on her face was priceless. She's so excited! She did not want to be held; she wanted to be put down so she could crawl. Granted, it's "combat-crawling" at this point (little Sweet Pea is a bit behind the curve in terms of mobility, but she was a few weeks early), but I suspect that she'll be crawling in earnest within a week or so.

In the category of TMI, I began my colonoscopy prep 30 minutes ago by drinking that delicious citrus concoction my gastroenterologist prescribed for me. 25 minutes ago, I rushed to the bathroom for the first time. I've rushed back 3 more times since then.

I had 4 flavor packs I added to my 4 litres of prep, one litre at the time. Lemon-lime, orange, fruit punch and, or never mind again...

The prep? Eventually, as much as you've had to go... The procedure? It's usually done under sedation, so no, other than waking up from the anesthesia.
