Official SNOW Thread Winter 2011-2012
Unreal.
78 degrees last week. Calling for light snow much of the day tomorrow.
No stickage though as temps above freezing and ground too warm.

In deference to the "taking a day off work" thread, and in honor of CathyCA, I'm changing my statement.CameronBornAndBred wrote:Snuck Fow. Too early.

But remember, you live at the beach, and snow at the beach is fun.CameronBornAndBred wrote:In deference to the "taking a day off work" thread, and in honor of CathyCA, I'm changing my statement.CameronBornAndBred wrote:Snuck Fow. Too early.

So is snarking. Actually, anything at the beach is fun!

I'm calling another technical foul on you for bitching about weather at the beach. Do I need to banish you to the mountains, or one of the square states in the middle of the country?CameronBornAndBred wrote: The weather sucks today, so the beach is not fun.

A cold, wet dreary day in the mountains is just like a cold, wet dreary day at the beach. That depends on which beach you are at....Myrtle Beach is Varnish Zone South, any time of year.CameronBornAndBred wrote:A cold, wet dreary day in the mountains is just like a cold, wet dreary day at the beach. MO isn't quite a square state, but it is in the middle of the country. We do have the scenic Mississippi River beach here in the STL.

Hey, I call foul on the redneck remark. I come from a long line of rednecks. Directions to my family's farm: drive until you think you're in the sticks, go a bit farther, hang a left.
