Without a ton of bells and whistles, what do you guys recommend? I'm prompted to renew AVG.

I use AVG.... as recommended by several Dell techs (not the ones in India). I've been pleased with the ease of use and have fewer conflicts with programs than was the case with either Norton or McAfee, for example.

AVG works just fine, and stays out of the way. Two Thumbs Up.

AVG is definitely a good choice. I recently switched over to Kaspersky and have been very, very happy with it as well.
