Wondering if it's time for Val's Brisket to make an appearance...
Maybe with some grilled sea creatures...

At my Dad's nursing home saying my goodbye's before heading to the airport, and I showed this post to my Mom, Val. She got a good laugh out of it! Sounds like a good idea to me!devildeac wrote:Wondering if it's time for Val's Brisket to make an appearance...

Re: True Blue 'Cue Crew Tailgate - Florida State
In light of TB'CC's success this past weekend, and an anticipated encore appearance (?!!!?) perhaps Val's brisket should be delayed till later in the season? Say one of the Tech games, although not Wake Tech because of the DD family wedding that afternoon/evening... What does the Crew think?OZZIE4DUKE wrote:At my Dad's nursing home saying my goodbye's before heading to the airport, and I showed this post to my Mom, Val. She got a good laugh out of it! I can promise a most amazing menu, but it will be something that has not made a tailgate appearance before. I like the idea of Val's brisket coming after the Wake game.OZZIE4DUKE wrote:From OYOZZIE4DUKE wrote: In light of TB'CC's success this past weekend, and an anticipated encore appearance (?!!!?) perhaps Val's brisket should be delayed till later in the season? Re: FSU @ Duke. 3:00pm KO. Menu & Attendance.
Will you be forging the shredder and knife from ore mined on your property?devildeac wrote:Team devildeac will total 4 and will bring shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and shredded cheeses for the burritos and tacos. We will buy the lettuce and tomatoes at a grocery store and shred/dice the produce ourselves shortly after arrival to the tents. We do not have homegrown lettuce or tomatoes. We do not have a cow or dairy farm so I think we'll buy a pre-shredded blend of cheeses for the event and not try to shred 3-4 different types of cheeses while we are there.
I think this is a great idea for Brunchgate but I am not wearing a sombrero.

Nah, those will be store bought, too. We own neither a blast furnace or any mining equipment.ArkieDukie wrote:Will you be forging the shredder and knife from ore mined on your property?devildeac wrote:Team devildeac will total 4 and will bring shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and shredded cheeses for the burritos and tacos. Silly me.
I gave away Christian's ticket, and now I need another one. Does anyone have a ticket that I can purchase cheaply/free?
