TNT, CB&B, Cowboy and DukePA out did them selves again!! Awesome tailgate. The company, as usual, was the best. Loved the "bonus" company....Six members of out BB team plus Lance Thomas, joining us for tailgate. Winning the game was so nice. Who could ask for a better day?

Liz came back later in the day, happily walking and talking. Whew, I saw at least 3 people slip on that mulch yesterday.

Fantastic effort by everyone. And I want to extend a special thank you to everyone from the Brothers of Phi Kappa Psi, who stayed with us far longer than they expected to, both because of the rain, and because the affinity group hospitality tent supposedly supplied by Duke was no where to be found in Blue Devil Alley. They are in absolute awe of what we do for every home game, and a couple of them hope to come back again and purchase our extra tickets and join us later in the season again. They did purchase our one remaining game ticket to the Tulane game and as a further ongoing contribution for the Florida State game, I have ~case of select frosty beverages (Donna, you in particular will be happy with part of the mix ;) ) and a mixed case+ of soft drinks that I will be bringing for everyone's kids (or you) to enjoy.

I am happy to report that I was not hungover this morning, unlike yesterday morning!

It was Lizz's mom Jean who we were concerned about. Lizz texted me during the game that her mom was fine and that they were back at the tailgate, which was a HUGE relief to me. I told talklady, AugustWest and CathyCA the good news at the end of the game.

Vibes to Jean for a full recovery and no concussion symptoms from her bump on the head.
