It's time for RAIN VIBES!!!

Post by Very Duke Blue » June 24th, 2011, 3:06 pm

As bad as we need rain here, down East and the coast need it more to put out the fires. I understand the smoke from the fires is making it hard for people and animals to breath, especially people with respiratory problems. Come on CTN's, work our magic. :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard:

I'm happily sending PNW rain & cool temperature vibes (our high temp is around 58 today) your way. Will gladly accept heat & dry vibes in return!

We need the rain. It's overcast looking right now, but I can't tell if it's smoke or clouds. My grass needs the rain. It's so crunchy, and I don't know how to turn on my sprinkler system.

I don't know if it's had time to get there, or if it would even hit you, but we had some NASTY thunderstorms last night. I woke up at about 2:30 and was awake for a while. It was either raining VERY hard or there was hail. Not sure which. Hopefully you'll get some of the rain.

This same storm system looked like it was headed straight for Lexington. Lavabe, did you get to experience the fun?

Cathy, we had two brief but very welcome showers here in WS. I will vibe them in your direction. Not what we need, but a whole lot better than we've had in a while. :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard:

We need those showers. The overcast skies were because of smoke from the Pender County fires. It's so awful. It gives me a headache.
