He did it again!!
A couple of months ago, I ask Bud to down scale our garden because we have so much going on. I found out he has planted 39 cucumber plants. That's bad enough, he has planted 104 okra plants. We also have around 60 sum tomato plants. Of course, there are other plants, beans, corn, squash, water melon and I don't want to know what else. In all fairness, he takes care of the garden. I do the freezing and canning. We give a lot away.

Wow. That's a lot.
VDB, check with your local food bank and see if they can use fresh produce. Usually that's something they don't get or would have to buy.

I wish I were closer to enjoy (sneak into the garden and pilfer?) some of those tomatoes and cukes. The squirrels eat more tomatoes around here than I do.

So do I. You wouldn't have to sneak.DukieInKansas wrote:I wish I were closer to enjoy (sneak into the garden and pilfer?) some of those tomatoes and cukes. The squirrels eat more tomatoes around here than I do.
