BTW, you don't have to be 50 to be a member of AARP, if your spouse is over the magic mark.
I know; my AARP card came in the mail yesterday. And I'm only 29!

Or, apparently, if someone steals your credit card number and uses it to buy an AARP membership for you to see if the card is still good. I know, because 37yo Mr. DA has been an AARP member now for a year. They are currently spamming him to renew.lawgrad91 wrote:BTW, you don't have to be 50 to be a member of AARP, if your spouse is over the magic mark.

Rev. Lawgrad discovered that the AARP discount for a hotel room in Asheville was greater than the AAA discount, so he joined and signed me up. Our cards came in the mail yesterday, except they misspelled my last name.DevilAlumna wrote:Or, apparently, if someone steals your credit card number and uses it to buy an AARP membership for you to see if the card is still good. June 17 is a great date as well.
Most people say that is it is the intellect which makes a great scientist. They are wrong: it is character.

It might be a great date but I don't think DA will want to wait that long for BabyDA to make an appearance.ArkieDukie wrote:June 17 is a great date as well.
