...so indifferent, as a matter of fact, that I don't even care to write as to why.

I wear Rainbows as soon as it's worm enough until it gets cold again. I love them. I don't wear them every ware but but I have them on a lot.

Flip flops are the Tar Holes of footwear (except on the beach as that earns them an automatic mulligan).

They'd better not wear flip flops to work or I'm going to send them home to put on more appropriate shoes.

Two years ago I wore some open-toed sandals to work in the heat of summer and one of the juvenile probation officers next door nearly flipped his lid over my inappropriate choice of shoes.
If I ever had time for a pedicure, I would consider wearing something similar again and let him get all hot and bothered.

I hate flip flops on anyone! Only at the pool or beach.
Nice sandals on ladies, with nice clean toes, and a polish!

Re: Flip Flops (or Jesus sandals) Hot or not?
I don't like flip flops, but I love my sandals. I bought shoes the other week to wear to church (I went to see Cathy sing..she was great!) and she pointed out that Jesus wore sandals too. While tempting..I still covered my toes that day. But besides work and the once in a blue moon church service, I let my toes breathe every day. I don't care whether sandals are hot or not, they are my shoe of choice.
I'm still looking for a warm pair of snow sandals.

I forgot to tell you a funny story from that day you were in church. One of the ladies who sits near my mom asked her if you were my son from California.CameronBornAndBred wrote:I don't like flip flops, but I love my sandals. I don't look that young and you don't look that old. She needs some glasses.CathyCA wrote:I forgot to tell you a funny story from that day you were in church. Re: Flip Flops (or Jesus sandals) Hot or not?
There's a gap between my big toe and my next one (index toe?) on both feet wide enough that I could fit another toe in there. My feet are perfectly designed for flip-flops, and I love them. My parents have joked for years about my "flip-flop feet" and often shaken their heads with bemusement at the doggedness with which I pretty much always wear them from April through September.

Flip flops. Chocos and other sandals are only acceptable if one is attempting to have the best foot tan lines (at camp).
