It's difficult to pick a favorite that stands out above all others, but I'm really fond of Humboldt Fog and 5 year Aged Gouda.

I love a lot of different cheese. My favorite is very sharp cheddar. Especially horseradish cheddar. Yum.

I love cheese too. Gouda, brie, and Camembert would be my favorites.
