Are ya rooting for the Durham Bulls? They are poised for a one game ("Sudden Death") game against the Pac Coast Champs Memphis (how are they in the Pac Coast Division??) tonight for the National Title.

Welp, this season is about done, well, in an hour or two one way or the other.
Maybe next year a few of us will once again plan a get-together and head out to the DBAP, and maybe you will be interested in joining.

The website is all about them winning some kind of championship, but the game is from the 17th, so I'm confused.


On the other hand, I just read the article you posted more carefully, and it says that the game is on Tuesday, September 22nd. That would be tonight. Hence, you were thwarted in finding scores last night. ;)

And the game will be on ESPN2, so we should all watch! Go Bulls!

The Bulls just won the International League championship. Tonight they'll meet the Pacific Coast League champions Memphis Redbirds for the one game Triple-A national championship.

OK, just the other day someone asked me why the Cardinals hadn't called up the youngsters yet. I didn't know, but we both figured something must have been going on with minor league playoffs. So Memphis still has them occupied.

I had so much fun with my CTN buds at the DBAP in August.

Bottom of the 4th 2 men out man on first, man on third base snuck home. Score is 4-0 in favor of da Bulls. Bulls are considered the home team.
