I've wanted one of these ever since I first saw one at Books A Million, but I was afraid my kids would break them. I've since found out that they're made of pretty tough polycarbonate, and people even spar with them. So, my mom's getting me one for my birthday.

If you DO think they're cool, which one should I get? They've got almost every Jedi and Sith, including different ones from different movies, like apparently, Luke and Darth Vader and Kenobi have different sabers in different movies.

They even make sound effects for power up and power down, and swinging and clashing. And they light up and power down sequentially.

So, what do you think? I was thinking about the Darth Maul staff one. That way, you get two for one, since you can disconnect them.

They are cool, and you are a geek. (I'm proud to be a geek by the way.) However, since you are not joining a club, you are not overly geeky.

You are a dork and yes it is cool. Definitely go with one from the original series. The Darth Maul one is cool looking, but come on, it's from Episode I Get Vader's.

Yea, but for the price of 1.5, I can get two. That way, I can fool around with my kids with them when it's separated. ;)
