I was crossing fingers for two things. First was that we didn't get a Nooner, and second was that we would get 3:30. Well I guess I need more fingers, because Duke is playing in Prime Time yet again.
I get it though. The ACC sees that as far as the developing race to the championship in the Coastal goes, this game is turning out to be a big one.

Well, if we get a Prime Time game, I'm gonna throw out a Prime Time spread. Posting again very early so I can have a good idea of how many to shop for. (I have a sneaking suspicion that there will be a huge attendance in Wallace Wade, hopefully more the True Blue.) For the Cheaters, I'm bringing out the farm! Pasture and pen denizens are getting served up.

This number should actually total 21; 2 devildeacs and 19 Dr. Rosenrosens, none of whom I've met but the good Dr. will be bringing 18 of his bestest friends, all Duke grads (I threatened him Chris would grill any stray sheep). Where/when/how much/general etiquette has been 'splained to him and he's pretty firm on that number but promises me that he will touch base several times before next Monday for a final count so I'm able to update Chris so he can plan/buy/prepare accordingly.

After 36 years, I assure you that there are many years yet to come for the lovely Mrs. Phredd. I married up. Way, WAY up. I ain't gettin' that lucky twice.

Dr. Rosenrosen and 17 of his best friends will join us for a total of 18; Chris and I have discussed this and he is fine with that number. They have been instructed about payment for adults and children, invited to bring sides and/or desserts if they are so inclined, BYOB is the order of the day and are more than welcome to bring fancy ass beers to the table. Perhaps we'll finally get to drink one or both of the beers Buddy has been bringing for the last 2 years.

Dr. Rosenrosen has confirmed 18 total and offered to pay Chris in advance; they are grateful for my/our invitation. They will bring desserts-he didn't say how/what they'd bring. They will bring beer, quantity unknown but I know some of the brews Dr. R. drinks and they are top shelf type stuff.

Dr. Rosenrosen and his posse are "good for at least 3 dessert dishes and an awesome watermelon mint side dish." And his previously promised beers.
