Going ahead and posting this one now since it's actually not that far off.
Sadly, this one is going to be my last tailgate of the season since I will be out of town for the Miami game. At least it's a night game, and those are fun to plan and cook for. Also, it means I get to make dinner!
So with that in mind, I'm saying Adios to the 2021 season with a Tex-Mex meal.
Appetizers = ABTs, Robin's Chicken Wingz (If you didn't try a few last game you missed out)
Main Menu = Beef & Bean Chili, Mexican Lasagna (multilayer nachos)
Sides = Mexican Rice, Grilled Shrimp
Attendance =

OzNina: Guacamole
Buddy & Buddette: Rum Cake
