Setting your posting time

With Daylight Savings Time now in place, most of us have forgotten to adjust our time zone, which affects what time you post. Our newer members might not even know they can do this. Heck, it took me 10 minutes to find the User Control Panel, hence this thread.

In the blue bar at the top of the page, there are several icons on the right. Click on the head and shoulders icon and you get a drop down menu, one item of which is the User Control Panel. Click on that and then find "Board Preferences". The sixth item down is "My timezone". Select UTC-04:00 for Eastern Daylight Time. If you're not in the east, select something else!
