Not that the first few weeks haven't been 100% thrilling (to the point of being TOO thrilling), but starting the REAL season starts this Saturday at noon!
Happily, we start it with BC, and they suck. Hell, Buckmire might get to put in three more points this weekend.
Only drawback is that after this game, then the team goes into hibernation and doesn't play again until the 20th.

Boston College forward Deontae Hawkins is out for the rest of the season with a knee injury, the team announced Wednesday.
The 6-foot-8, 220-pound graduate transfer was injured in the first half of Boston College's Nov. 29 game against Nebraska. He was the Eagles' third-leading scorer and top rebounder, averaging 12.4 points and 9.1 rebounds in eight games this season.

Sorry, folks. This one is on me. I got home late from choir rehearsal and didn’t eat pizza. To top it all off, I joined the game in progress. That seems to be a jinx this season.
