Thanks to the intelligence of the scheduling officials, the wise men decided that 12:00 was the perfect time to have a football game in the bowl of Wallace Wade Stadium in early September.
Thanks to a miracle of Mother Nature, the high this Saturday is going to be only 77 degrees.

So...with the weather looking good, and the team coming off a nice opening performance, we are setting up to host the first Brunchgate of 2017! As always, check the menu, announce your intentions of coming, and if you are bringing anything to share on the food tables.

We'll be looking to serve up the hot stuff around 10:00.

Chuck Taylor will attend, party of 1, and bring tomato pies (pizza?) that will need about 15 minutes of grill time to reheat. He'll also bring beers to taste/share and trade.

Cheermom will be a party of 3. Daryl and Joy beat me to the fruit bowl, so I will have to rethink what if anything we will be bringing. Not feeling the usual salad option at 10am.

We are already covered on the $$ end with a prepayment for 3.

We will be attending the game but will be driving from Wilmington tomorrow morning and will not make it in time for Brunchgate

Stupid noon kickoffs.

The Lawgrads will unfortunately not be in attendance. We have a lot going on this weekend, and I'm not feeling all that great. Noon kickoff isn't ideal for me, either.

I'll be cheering from the couch.

We may stop by and say hello on our way in to Wally Wade, but we wont be at the brunchgate. In full agreement with my son - Noon games suck.

Missing you guys over there. They've parked us too far from BD Alley for the OP's back to make it very easily over and back. On a day when he's feeling friskier, we'll attempt to make it over.
