I am old.

That building doesn't even look like Duke to me.

I'd rather have Fred Flintstone pedaling past main quad.

I'd rather see a sign stating clear bags allowed.

Ditto! THIS time I got to the packet first and unwrapped it the right way!!! The OP got out his SCISSORS last year and cut up the flag to get it open. Could have just smacked him. I buy him books and buy him books. He just chews on the covers. #-o Bless his heart.

Hopefully, he didn't leave just these 2 letters remaining in your flag:

During my trip to Duke yesterday, I did not make it over to Card to check on our tailgate spot (my apologies) but I do want to throw out a couple of observations:

1. There is a lot of work left to be accomplished on the stadium renovations. Areas around Wallace Wade look like a disaster zone. There is no way all the work is complete by Sept. 3rd. It is going to be a zoo for the first couple of games. I'm optimistic things will be better by Virginia on Oct. 1st.

2. The new 751 Parking Garage looks finished from the outside. I know it will not be open for use this season but there can't be a lot left to complete on it. When it opens for 2017, I hope Chemistry Lot returns to duty as a General Public Lot.

The Green Family is looking forward to seeing you all - 13 days!

Thanks for the updates, both here and your report on your birthday thread about your day with the Blue Devils. LOL about the Shaun Wilson and KO duties.

Re: the parking deck. I spoke with Elinor in the ticket office on Friday when I ordered my bball tickets. She said it will be open for the bball season and they hope it's ready for the Thursday night carolina fball game, since that is such a hassle for parking with classes In session. :9f: :9f: :9f: :9f:

Thanks for the 751 update, Ozzie. It would be great if that facility was open on November 10.

Because Football Season and Hurricane Season go hand-in-hand, I'll be keeping a close eye on the weather. The news seems positive for the time being:

100% not shocking. Bright side, it'll be October. Un-bright side, it will be barely October.
