Well folks, we're official. I got the signed, paid in full contract back from Duke today for our 2015 tent. I've attached the map they included so you can see the tent locations for this year. We've moved down a tent or three from where we were #7 or 8 to #10. Pretty much the same spot as far as I can tell!
Only 3 1/2 weeks to our first tailgate! WooHoo!

OH, yeah, I also got the parking pass for TNTDevil and the drop off passes. I'll get those in the mail to the recipients in the next few days.

Well at least they're not making us tent in the &^%$ing Chem Lot

.
Hey, but I'm not complaining cuz this move puts us
closer to our new parking spot in the &^%$ing Chem Lot.

It's an easy walk from the Chemistry Lot. That is where I have parked for the past three seasons. I'll be in the Circuit Lot this year.

We've been in Blue Lots 5 & 7 the last 10 years. Glad to hear the Chem Lot is easy. Not happy to hear you're in the Circuit Lot.

It looks like they've moved some of the tents to the row of parking spaces across the way from us.
Anywho, we're looking forward to seeing everyone this fall!

I'm guessing the chem lot is ID parking only now? Not sure where I'll be parking on game days, there is a lot on 751 down the hill a bit, I will cross fingers for that one. In the past, I left my car parked (after the first game, testing the crowd waters) in the Card lot, and I'm not optimistic about that happening this year since I think Card will truly be packed. Pains of growth and having a successful team...I can deal with that.

Yes it is, which is why I'm moving to the Circuit Lot. I'm optimistic when the 751 parking garage is open for business in 2016 the Chem Lot will return to general parking status, but I'm not sure. You know it is never easy to put the cat back in the bag.

For the past five years, we have been perfectly fine parking in the Parking garage for the Old Duke Hospital off of Trent drive. There is never any traffic, parking is always free, and it is a peaceful one mile walk through the quad towards Wallace-Wade.

Upon further review, we only have 3 drop off passes this year instead of 4.

And since I've been banished to the Wanamaker Blue 7 lot, Chris, Ronnie and I get the passes. If we can get one from our neighbors, I'll let you know if anyone else wants one.

Don't worry about it, they'll let me drop off a pregnant lady at the pull in. See you all soon!

Also upon further review, we may not have moved. I've asked the Omegas if they moved, and they assumed they had from the arrow, but the invoice states otherwise. So I think that arrow is just a generic. We'll confirm that we are still next to them in our same spot (the Omegas are 6 and 7, so we are thinking we'll be 8), and if not, we'll do our best to make it happen.

Yup. Everyone got the same map. We are tent #8.
