Ooh, my wife had shingles. They put her on Zovirax and it really helped. I think they have a new one that's even better now.

Thanks all! Sitting with my tablet getting an anti-viral via IV drip, some pills and an opthamology consult setup to verify it isn't in my eye. (PA checked tonight using dye and black light and everything looked okay for now). I'll have to admit I panicked when the subject of eyesight came up.
