"I Hate Christian Laettner" 30 for 30 documentary was awesome!!! Narrated by one of my favorite actors, and Duke Dad: Rob Lowe. He was also an executive producer for the show. Rob loves Duke Basketball!!!!

I watched the Laettner show twice. On ESPN, and then it reaired on ESPN2 !!!!!!!! Absolutely amazing!!!!

Duke gets alot of attention on Selection Sunday !!!!!!!!!!

Seriously, GREAT show. Without giving away things to Ymo, my three favorite things about it include:
1) The interviews with his family.
2) High school footage.
3) The Duke haters. Honestly, they made me laugh, but I really think Lowe did a GREAT job capturing their feelings.

On DVR til tonight!

It is on my DVR. Not sure when I will get to it. Sigh.

I enjoyed the show, and it has reaired several times!!

Old Ref & I watched it last night - great show and I still can't cope with the ky fans who wear the shirts that say I hate Laettner this long after that spectacular shot! They lost the game and that's that - get over it! Does Duke have a GTH cheer for ky too? They are getting really close to the baby blues in my book! Whew, thanks for listening to me rant!

I don't know how you texted him, but would you do it again and ask him how we could get to see his basketball banquet senior video?! It was a classic. Should have been included int the documentary. I was so disappointed. I've never forgotten it. I bet a lot of you still remember it, too. It, like Christian, was different from all the rest.

I think we would all love to see Christian's Senior year Banquet video!!!!!!!! He is in a league of his own!!!!!!!!!! I wish we had a Laettner type every year to push the team to excellence!!!! And make them excel and be passionate!!! Christian made everyone around him, Better!!!! And even though Christian may have been somewhat mean or a bully type during practice......... his teammates loved him!

Much as I loved the show - there was one huge glaring flaw - the air time given to Pete Rosenberg.

His claim to fame is making a youtube video? Puh-lease.

Never forget that ESPN is run by a Carolina grad. Never forget that 30 for 30 is the brainchild of known and very vocal Duke hater Bill Simmons. Never forget that even when they are supposedly trying to be fair, they are always, always, always going to give air time to the Pete Rosenberg's of the world.

And Pete? That is why you suck. ESPN too.
