What's everybody doing this evening? I'm studying a new artisan bread cook book and starting a poolish (y'all can look that up). Then I'm going up to my studio and re-start a painting that's been giving me fits.

What I won't be doing is watching any basketball. How will you spend this free night?

I had it on the computer at work, came home at half time, finally switched to a Big Bang Theory re-run. Irish made their comeback when I wasn't watching. You are all welcome.
