We have a three game home stand and the lead in the coastal. Our next three opponents have losing records, although none can be taken for granted.
Still...what an awesome position to be in.
8-1...sweet.

Re: Road to Charlotte is now through Durham
I do not like confusing scenarios, but this one is pretty important for us...
If Florida State beats Miami next weekend, (which I think they should and will), we can go 2-1 in these next three home games and will still win the coastal division. I know that we are going to win all three of these games, so this doesn't matter. But still...

Re: Road to Charlotte is now through Durham
It's absolutely surreal they're in position for winning the division again and 8-1... AND they're doing it without 2 of their best players for the whole season (and I would argue 2 of the better players at their respective positions (TE & LB) in the country). I remember feeling deflated hearing those injuries thinking about how tough the road would be, but Cut is a man of no excuses and the team reflected that and just kept on winning. What a damn ride!

It is awesome!!!!! Before the season, losing Kelby Brown and Braxton Deaver was such a big blow to Duke Football, as both were leaders !CameronBornAndBred wrote:We have a three game home stand and the lead in the coastal. And seeing a season shape up like it has 8=1 and to finish strong in November........... is a dream come true!!!
