I'm curious about the position, and even if you don't get it, what it is you are looking to do. I bet you would enjoy a conversation with my dad; teaching people how to teach has always been one of his objectives, as well as teaching medical students how to learn.

In 2008, the 100th anniversary of Dr. Eugene Stead's birth, a symposium was held to discuss learning and teaching medicine. Chris' dad wrote and presented Brain Sorting in the 21st Century. My dad moderated and I got to play "Oprah" by carrying the mic around for comments by the audience. It was such a cool thing to try to absorb all the knowledge and wisdom in that room. It was freaking exhilarating.
