The darn squirrels are eating our corn, again!! Bud did shot a couple this morning and plans on doing the same in just a few minutes. Anyone have a solution on how to keep them out of the crop? The electric fence doesn't work for them.

Thanks. Our dog is not allowed to roam. The cat does catch squirrels but evidently doesn't go up where our field is.

Host a "Squirrel Shoot"
with prizes for the most bagged.
At the same time, be grateful you aren't fighting GEESE! We've had to electrify our entire shoreline at the lake. We live on a point and that's a LOT of shoreline. The OP insists on keeping the entire lawn beautifully rich and green with "goose food".

We have lots of geese at the lake also. Harley doesn't know he is supposed to be a bird dog.

Through trial and error we have become "goose repellant experts". Let us know if you need some advice. We have over an acre of green, green expanse of grass that is now goose free! They dine on both properties either side, but leave us untouched. They are filthy things, bless their hearts.
Love, Ima

Thanks, I would appreciate how you keep the geese away.

I have never used this product, but I know folks have used predator pee before and swear buy it.
Now...as an aside who thought up 'let's collect us some fox piss and sell it?
(and who said 'fox? Hell lets git us some bear pee!!)

That was something I tried for rabbits in the gardens - it smelled so bad I decided the rabbits weren't so bad afterall!
