The balance of power has shifted, as the Blue Devils are 5-0 against their in-state ACC opponents in the past two seasons, having defeated both Wake Forest and North Carolina twice, and crossover opponent NC State in 2013. With 17 starters returning, Duke should be a favorite to win the Coastal Division -- a long leap from being picked to finish last in 2013.

I fully expect unc, VT and Miami all to be picked ahead of us. Not because they deserve it, but because the media will still not want to admit we are that good.

I was really disappointed by the article that ranks Duke as the worst football coaching job in the ACC.
