Once again we welcome the Midshipmen of Navy back to the inviting confines of Wallace Wade Stadium for a 12:30 kick-off. For those of you that go way back, you'll recall that we played Navy for the second get-together of the original "Brunchgate" crew! Only difference this time, it won't be hotter than the fires of hell.

Weather is looking righteous with mostly clear skies and a high of 22C (72F). So, let's all sing "Anchors Aweigh" while we duct-tape Bob Green to a tree just prior to the Devil Walk!

With the 12:30 KO, we've elected to go with a "heavy" breakfast for our menu which we'll detail below. We're gonna do this kinda "short-order" fashion in order to keep everything as "hot & fresh" (my nickname in HS, btdubz ;) ) as possible so the "grill" will open about 9:45 or so...

Cinnamon Swirl Raisin Nut Bread, Espresso Cups, Sausage cheese balls, Coffee Cake, Biscuits*, French Toast casserole, Steak-n-eggs, HLOS™, bacon. (Edit...the steaks are not mere steaks, but 5th place rib-eyes we are having sliced in 1 1/2" slabs straight from the butcher's shop)
Spicy BMs, Beers, Water and tea.

Total attendance= 26

CathyCA plus MyMama = 2.

We will bring plenty of $$ to stuff in TNT's hot & fresh um, thing.

Bob Green +3: Flora, Janice and Zeke. We will toss $$ in the cookie jar, while avoiding duct tape wielding assailants.

I will be there with a friend, (and sporadic Navy fan): George. We'll be dropping $$ in the $$ jar faster than PJ Hairston in a rented vehicle. I'll also bring an assortment of duct tape to assist in the BobGreen-hazing.

Three. A Lawgrad, a Reverend Lawgrad, and a Christian. We will bring $$. Christian is bringing imported beers of some sort. Christian is yet another VA attorney.

Chip's guest, George, is the Varnish Zone County Attorney.

Cheermom +3. We will bring a Cheese Strata and maybe some fruit.

Ozzie +1. Not sure what we'll bring as we'll be in Durham all day Friday for the Blue Devil Club luncheon and the Duke HOF banquet Friday night, and we're staying in Durham overnight. We'll probably pick up some muffins on Friday afternoon and bring them - we'll see what Costco has. Do we need more Costco's?

I may also bring a few packs of thick sliced applewood smoked bacon... just for the hell of it.

Once again, it will just be Tom and me. I had invited my cousin, Jay, and his family, since Jay actually played football at Navy. Unfortunately, he has a family commitment and can't join us.

As I indicated on the Yum Beer thread, Tom is bringing the perfect beer for an early tailgate: Founders Breakfast Stout!

Please add 3 cheer parents who will feed the jar with $$.

Sagegrouse/Gary Nelson from OY will be joining the CTN gang tomorrow. He's a really good guy. Please welcome him warmly and offer him the $$ jar, not TNT's shorts . We'd like to have him come visit us again .
