The Lacrosse National Championship Game, between Duke and Syracuse, is today at 1 pm on ESPN. LGD!!!

736 to go. 13-9. Getting scary again. Fowler did not win the face off, but Duke stole a pass. Duke ball with 7 minutes to go.
Duke lost possession at 6 minutes. Syracuse ball.

Duke save at 445 to go, Duke ball.
Flag on Syracuse for a vicious chop. One minute penalty. 407 to go.

At one point, Fowler had won 18 of 22 face-offs. Astounding.

These seniors were freshmen when they lost the championship to St. Johns who stalled the ball the entire game because we couldn't win face-offs. Only fitting that their last game be a championship win because we controlled face-offs.

John and Matt Danowski are simply the best.
