Yum! I need to get at least one Corona I suppose. I have an eight a half pound pork butt going on the smoker. It's supposed to a dreary day, so I'll smoke some 'cue and paint.

We're having Cinco de Mayo at church tomorrow. One of our members owns the local Mexican restaurant, and they're putting on the celebration. I suppose we'll have everything BUT the Coronas and Margaritas!

I listened to Wall of Voodoo's Mexican Radio this morning. Probably not in the spirit of the holiday.

Nice dinner, good foot but it was very low key. The restaurant atmosphere was nothing special. Oh well, we'll try something different next year.

Dinner with Joy and Matt at his favorite Mexican restaurant, Los Tres Vaqueros with enchiladas, burritos and quesadillas. Chips and salsa, too.
