I can't recall ever seeing (or NOT seeing) so much NON-INFORMATION on an injured player. What gives? They (the team, docs) MUST have more info now on just what his injury is and when he is likely to return. Why so mum about it? Or have I just missed it?

I mean, at this point don't know if he's out for the year or will be back next week. Strange.

If I recall correctly, there were updates on Irving. No definite dates on his return, but we'd hear things like "His toe is still in bad shape," "He practiced with the team yesterday," "He is likely back for the tournament," "He just ate a ham sandwich with a dill pickle on the side."

If Kelly comes back, it will likely happen before the end of the regular season so that he’ll have some time to reincorporate himself into the lineup and avoid disrupting the team’s flow the way Kyrie Irving did two seasons ago.

I never expected The Ryan Kelly Show to break out tonight.

He's been a fave of mine ever since I watched him play in high school. What an absolute SWEETheart! You gotta love a guy who happily rejoices "I've still got it!" Coming from most anybody else that would be cocky. Not from this guy.
