This one was a long project, details are tough in watercolor because you pretty much have to work backwards.
These are part of the fishing fleet in Fisherman's Wharf.

WOW! Now that took guts, Mr. Painterman! I rmember, when looking through your SF photos, thinking that getting a painting out of that one would be a real challenge.....not one I'd take on for sure. So hard to simplify and keep everything straight. Now, sit back and enjoy that proud feeling you just earned! ^:)^
Love, Ima

Compared to what you face every day, I got nothing. Your and your family's challenges are way beyond what I hope to ever face, but thank you very much. That being said, your last FB painting was beautiful, so please share.

I love this painting. I really like how the bright colors stand out against the white boats. Well done!

Flippin' incredible. I have a modest, but steadily growing art collection (as I've mentioned), and nautical-themed pieces are a favorite subset (for obvious reasons)--for instance, I have a pair of small prints I got at the South Street Seaport Museum in NYC a couple of years back that I love. Your nautical works are really calling my name for the birthday I have at the end of the summer...

Another masterpiece. Like we haven't come to expect that from our resident artist. ;)

Do you do portraits? How much would you charge to do one of my rugrats?
