I'm taking the OP in to Duke for his second new hip early in the morning. He's knows the routine and is looking forward to an easier climb up to our seats in Cameron once this is over. Just the same, even if he thinks he doesn't need them, his nurse could use some vibes. Thanks in advance.

The OP is doing fine. They had a little trouble with it settling into place at first, but now everything looks good. He's in great spirits, likes everything about Durham Regional, and is calling for his cell phone and laptop --- NOT!!!! It's just him and that TV for two whole days -- my rule.

CTN vibes did their magic thing again. I felt 'em with me as I drove him through the dark and dismally sad streets of the dump hump (still lots of hand wringing going on over here), then down 15-501 past the big green weenie, then past the exit to Cameron Blvd, on out to 85, then just a block down past Tilly's house and on to the hospital at 5:30 AM. You guys are everywhere! Thanks again.
