Ok...it's "Surf & Turf" time, thanks to a bit of pushing from DevilDeac and contributions from Ozzie in the form of Val's Brisket. Once again, we are gifted with a late afternoon game so that means plenty of time to come enjoy the atmosphere on Devil's Alley. The Devil's Walk should be about 12:30, the cows and the fishes will be hitting the table around 1pm. To complement the tastiness of the brisket, the 'Cue Crew will be adding a nice sized chunk of standing prime rib roast as well as filets of a fish yet to be determined. Mr. and Mrs. Devildeac will be bringing some olive oil glistened raw veggies for grilling (that will be cooked as long as they remind me). Add to all of this for your pre-walk grazing pleasure some shrimp and other grilled side-effects. (Like the ABT's...which can have side-effects that last until the next morning. ;) )

Cheermom +7, which includes the parents of 3 more of our freshmen cheerleaders. I will bring my usual veggie platter and fruit salad. The three sets of cheer parents will feed the collection jar.

Add one more. Cheercoach daughter will be able to stop by for a bit before she has to meet her girls to practice and warm up.

On another note, in addition to the Blair Holliday table that we have at our tent, I am going to have a table at the Iron Dukes reception in Wilson Gym to collect donations and sell bracelets. If anyone is interested in taking a short shift over there to staff the table and relieve me so I can play hostess to our new cheer parents at our tailgate, that would be very much appreciated. Awesome tailgate. More than awesome game. Bud & I saw a little of the first half before we had to leave for the wedding. We listen to the radio on the way. DukePA text the scores to us. Thank you sweetie!! The day was wonderful. Loved seeing 2 of our grandsons, Kyle and Max and our daughter, DukePA and all friends today. GO DUKE!!!!!
