The bigger issue might be that someone gave him ~$70K in credit based on future basketball earnings. That's a no no. We could lose banner #4 over this.

I am hoping that there is some rational explanation. IF it turns out to be as bad as it looks we will be dropping a banner. The information thus far is one sided...I eagerly await Lance's side.

Apparently the jeweler doesn't want to talk to the NCAA. Wonder why? Dun dun duahhhhhh.

Well that settles that, the jeweler will not speak to the NCAA, so there is not much they can do....I will bet real money that the settlement includes a 'no-speaky' clause. It still smells bad...but that is as far as it goes.
