We are in G'boro for the 3rd and final chapter in the last 13 months of our family's nuptials. Arrived yesterday afternoon and did some decorating in the restaurant for the rehearsal dinner last PM which was a night to remember. And we "only" went $200 over our minimum required so they would close their establishment for us for the night. Then, off to Natty Greene's brewery for a nightcap and off to bed. Breakfast at the Smith Street Diner and then an hour walk to burn off a few extra calories before heading to the church for the ceremony. More later. What a great feeling! With two daughters getting married last year, I feel like I walked into Jos A. Bank and found a summer sale where you buy 2 and get 1 free.

Congratulations all around! Mrs. Ozzie saw some mention of this on FB and said this was the weekend. I think it was the cookies.

How was Natty Greene's? Been by it, but haven't stopped in yet. I think it's on Elm St. downtown.

Congratulations to the new bride and groom. Grandchildren are so much fun and a terrific addition to the family.

Congrats to the Devildeac family! And I agree, grandkids are the best. You can spoil them and then hand them back to the parents to deal with any and all repurcussions. I tell my daughter that it is now payback time. In all seriousness, absolutely nothing is better than granchildren.

Natty Greene's was good but not outstanding. Several solid session brews but none knock your taste buds out. Posted a couple reviews yesterday and have a couple more I tasted that I will try to write up tonight or tomorrow. It is indeed on Elm Street downtown.

Forgot to mention that the newest devildeac-in-law is also a Duke grad, completing her M. Div in May, 2011, along with dukediv2013/2012/2011 .

The one who married the fan of the wrong color blue, is a fan herself of the wrong color blue. She is a UNC grad.

DD, Mrs. DD mentioned you were considering adopting another kid so DukeDiv's dad could do another video. K68 and I are open to being adopted by you and Mrs. DD.
