Most people say that is it is the intellect which makes a great scientist. They are wrong: it is character.

I am going to respond to the Austin Rivers slam on CTN. Because if I were to respond to it on DBR, I would be sent to Siberia for months!!!! :-o

Although, Seth has tweeted remarks about the twisted words............. Seth meant what he said!!!!!! period!!!!

I KNOW for a FACT...... that the Plumlees did NOT like Rivers!!!! I have 2 good friends that are A list refs. And told me, the comments that Mason and MIles would make, when Austin would selfishly hold the ball, and take a wild shot, and not pass to the lane, to Mason or Miles, or dish off to Seth or Tyler!!! And single handingly, how Austin dismantled the chemistry on the Duke team!!!! :-?

My ref buddies even commented to me, how selfish Austin was with the ball. And seeing that, did not represent A Duke, Coach K team!!!!

Austin Rivers........... a One and Done at Duke. :happy-bouncyblue:

Duke in the NCAA 2012...... One and Done..... (Lehigh..........really!!!) :( :sigh:

Later reports (and tweets from Seth) indicate that his comments were taken out of context and spun to give a more controversial story. I find that entirely plausible; I've had a similar experience.

Seth had to SPIN his first remarks someway, to sound more positive.

I wish Austin all the best, ......kid is living his dream!!!
