I don't care what he does to his balls, but leave the Kentucky Hot Browns A-LONE! Those are too good to mess with. If you've ever had one, you'd know what I mean. They do those better than BBQ.

Wait a minute... I thought he was making a Hot Brown Burger, not a Hot Brown. A hot brown burger might have more saturated fat than does that bacon dessert in the other thread.
