DPS, if you need to do something drastic, invite FDA to have dinner somewhere in the Varnish Zone. (Philpott Dam might be a nice choice; the Martinsville City Reservoir is, well, in Martinsville City and not under our prosecutorial jurisdiction.) Then let me know, and I will have your back.
