Coach K for ACC COY

When the norm is winning championships it's hard for people to remember just what an amazing job K must do every year. This year is one that stands out as he's turned a group that shouldn't be so great into one that once again is staring down another chance at another league crown.
Zach Dillard has a good article outlining his reasons K deserves the honor.
Forget the No. 6 ranking in the AP preseason poll. Just think of the obstacles Krzyzewski overcame this season. He lost his three best players from last season – Kyle Singler, Nolan Smith and No. 1 NBA draft pick Kyrie Irving. He has been forced to shuffle and reshuffle the lineup. There is no definitive starter at point guard, the shooters are as streaky as they are gifted, frontcourt production remains a toss-up from game to game and the team's best offensive weapon is a supremely talented, yet ultimate gunner in freshman star Austin Rivers. It reads like a recipe for shaky offense. Still, it is late February and the Blue Devils grade out as one of the top offensive teams in the country — limiting turnovers and averaging an elite 119 points per 100 possessions.

I would love for Coach K to be the ACC Coach of the Year.

Had UVA won, and should have over Unc, I thought Tony Bennett, of Uva would be Acc Coach of the Year. And Uva had the game last night in hand, with being up 8 or 9 over Fsu, but the Noles did NOT go away, even after having a player ejected from the game. Fsu rallied and hit another Buzzer Beater to win in Charlottesville and ruin Senior Night for the Cavs.

I think Leonard Hamilton of Fsu is in a high contention for Acc Coach of the Year. Based on how well his team has executed this year and pulled off 3 buzzer beaters . It seems like they are doing this once a week. :( To Duke in Cameron, VaTech game and last night at Uva.

My choice is Coach K! Because he has done so much with a team to find their identity and leader. But the Team has the Will to Win! Great coaching for this years team, and for a freshman to lead and guide this team to Win games. Thank goodness for Austin and Seth to pull Duke through so many games this season. Those two have been consistent.

I wish our Bigs would play like they did for the Maryland home game, each and every game!

The mens ACC league is much better than anticipated and projected from the beginning of the season. Duke and Carolina, of course... But NcState is coming back, and Fsu and Miami and Uva are good strong teams also. Never know who will win those games, on any given day or night! Depends who shows up to play hard for 40 minutes, or 45 minutes this year, with all the Overtimes.

Our choice for COY: Coach K ^:)^ ^:)^
