Any local viewpoints about this incident today?

They need to take a tip from Native, who maintains that you should always call the official "Sir" when you insult him.

The addition of "bless your heart" would also soften the blow a bit. "Ref, you are blind, bless your heart!"

My favorite insult to a ref was when Jimmy Valvano asked a ref if he could get a technical for something he thought. When the ref said no, Jimmy told the ref "I think you suck" and walked away. I can't remeber if he got the T or not.

I hope he refs the NCSU-unc game. If there's more than 1 or 2 bad calls, the State fans will riot. The RBC Center will explode. They will lynch him. swofford does not have the (blank) to get rid of this .

I despise Azzhole Karl Hess. Such a prick and loves the whistle and control to be his "Haro on." For someone, that is a "Dr Phil" in their career, he mishandled the situation with NCState legends, in a horrible way. THAT is something, the students and fans and TV viewers will NOT forget...tossing out Googs and Corch.

Per a text, i received yesterday..... "Hess is the Top guy in the ACC."

However, I know this will go under review........ But NCState will see Karl Hess again, sooner or later. But Hess will be at the ACC tourney.
