I am playing Santa at the Barnes & Noble in Alpharetta, GA tonight at 7:00!

I'm excited about it and looking forward to it, but I DO have one honest fear: Hearing a kid calling me out on NOT being Santa! If this happens, what should I say?

Any advice is welcome, and please, SEND VIBES!!!

I'm sorry Ben, but this post was only meant for Christians who truly know what the Season is all about: Santa and lots of material gift receiving. I appreciate your advice but since you are Jewish, and obviously going to Hell, I cannot take it seriously.

Yes I am.

Tell them that you are not the real Santa, but the real Santa had to go visit the sick children at the local children's hospital, and he asked you to stand in for him tonight, that Santa knew they would understand and would definitely give them extra consideration on Christmas for being so understanding, and that you'll be sure to relay every request to Santa.

Or tell them Santa, anagrammed, is Satan and they're all going to hell for believing such tripe.

(Seriously, I was told in Sunday School when I was small that Santa was the same as Satan.)
